Amazon Music prices are increasing from next month
Following a price hike across the main Prime plans in the US, Amazon has confirmed that several Amazon Music subscriptions will also be subject to a billing rise.
Starting from 5 May 2022, there will be price changes to the Single-Device plans (where you can only stream music on one Amazon device, such as an Echo speaker) as well as the Unlimited Individual plans for Prime users in the UK and US.
Users will see the new prices in the first bill following that date. Here’s how much they are changing by:

US
If you’re not a Prime member and still pay for Amazon Music Unlimited, the price will remain unchanged at £9.99/$9.99 per month. In addition, the Amazon Music Unlimited Family Plan (only available to Prime members) will also stay at the same prices of £14.99/$14.99 per month, and £149.99/$149.99 per year.
You can read more about the price changes onAmazon’s help pages.
New members of Amazon Music Unlimited can usuallygrab 30 days for freeand can cancel at any time. If you’ve just signed up for a trial (or signed up for the subscription service via a promotion), Amazon will honour the old subscription price for one month once the trial/promotional period ends, before billing you the new amount.
Amazon Music Unlimited includes access to over 90 million songs, offline listening with unlimited skips, spatial audio, podcasts and UHD quality.
