People canorder a free pack of 10 face masks, but must pay for shipping (via Hermes Logistics). Shipping costs £2.99, and will start within two business days.

FlexiSpot is paying for £7 of the delivery charge, but the extra £2.99 needs to be paid by the recipients at the point of order.

Only one order per UK household is permitted.

And supplies are limited: there are a total of 3,000 packs of masks available for distribution in the UK.

FlexiSpot says it is distributing free face masks “because we care about the health of people. We looked for reliable suppliers all over China to collect disposable civil face masks for people in the UK”.

The company also donated thousands of face masks and PPE to local hospitals and communities in the US.
