However, things get a little awkward when Abby realises that Harper failed to mention to her family that she’s currently in a lesbian relationship, and that Abby will have to pretend to be her straight friend the whole time.

There’s a couple of ways to watch The Happiest Season in the UK. If you can wait just a little longer, both Now TV and Sky Cinema will be streaming the film from18 December 2020.
