There’s talk of a 4G-totingSnapdragon 888 chipsetmaking its way into Huawei’s forthcoming P50 series, we get our first look at theSamsung Galaxy Watch Active 4(in render form), theRealme GTfinally launched, Sony published pre-order pricing for its next flagship – theXperia 1 III, theUK tested an emergency alert systemthat had Android phones sounding an alarm,Nothing’s Ear 1is coming to UK luxury retailer Selfridges and, among other things,Mobvoi introducedthe second Wear OS watch on the market with a Snapdragon Wear 4100.

Meanwhile, Apple has apparently halted production of theiPhone 12 Miniearlier than initially expected, due to lacklustre sales, asking the question, “do users like the idea of a small powerful smartphone, more than the reality of one?”

Lastly, Chris Martin shares his thoughts on reviewing the latestFire HD 10series tablets and we discuss Amazon’s place in the tablet market, as well as the wider segment as a whole.
