LIVE: OnePlus 7 Pro Launch Live Stream
OnePlus 7 Pro will launch globally today (14 May) at4pm BST. You can watch the live stream of the launch event below(you may need to turn off your ad blocker if you can’t see the embedded video).
This is one phone launch you won’t want to miss, with OnePlus 7 Pro said to be faster and smoother than ever before. It will also launch alongside a 5G version and a standard model.
OnePlus 7 Pro looks to be quite the upgrade over theOnePlus 6T, and therefore we could see a price hike to £699/€749/$749.
Key new features expected in the updated smartphone include a 90Hz display that has already received a top rating from DisplayMate, a pop-up selfie camera that allows for an all-screen 6.5in display, a triple-lens camera with 3x optical zoom at the rear, the super-fast Snapdragon 855 processor and some new gradient colour options.
Don’t expect to see all these upgrades in the standard OnePlus 7, which will be closer in price to the OnePlus 6T. With no pop-up selfie camera its smaller 6.2in display will feature a waterdrop notch, and sticking to the dual-lens camera at the rear it’s going to look a lot like the 6T only faster.
