Microsoft is running free online workshops in July and August

Microsoft is offering a whole summer of free online virtual workshops for adults and kids in the UK.

Starting today, you can sign you and your children up to any number of one hour training webinars, including on Microsoft Teams, starting a business, andcoding in Minecraft.

The UK Virtual Summer Camps are a free offering from Microsoft to help people learn throughout the continued coronavirus pandemic, where many UK adults and children will be having a quieter summer than usual.

The launch of the workshops comes shortly after it was announcedMicrosoft will shut down all its retail storesglobally. Its flagship Oxford Street store will be turned into a ‘Microsoft Experience Center’.

You can sign up to all the hour-long workshops and training sessionshere. Sessions run from today until 29 August.
