Apple to update modern MacBooks with Battery Health Management feature Apple is to introduce a new feature in macOS Catalina 10.15.5 called ‘Battery Health Management’ that is designed to monitor and optimise your battery charging habits. Spotted bySix Colors, the update is rolling out to MacBook users on the beta program but will be part of the official public release too. Battery Health Management will only be available to MacBooks with Thunderbolt 3 ports (2016 and later MacBook Pros and 2018 and later MacBook Airs) and is designed to slow the aging of the internal battery by looking at how you charge your device and acting accordingly....
