BBC introduces interactive news service for Alexa devices The BBC has today launched an improved news service for Amazon Alexa smart speakers and compatible devices. Saying “Alexa, ask the BBC for the news” now starts an interactive bulletin where you can skip stories simply by saying “next”. The new service is separate from therecent announcementthat the BBC will introduce its own voice assistant for its website and iPlayer. Usually when you ask a smart speaker device for the news it will play the headlines from a radio bulletin earlier in the day from a random broadcaster....

LG might be the display supplier for the iPhone SE 2 A report suggests LG Display is in the midst of quality checks on displays it intends to supply to Apple for theiPhone SE 2. According to sources inThe Elec(viaApple Insider) Apple’s next budget phone is in the works and “the initial orders will be small in size”. The report also references LG Display’s ongoing major restructuring, meaning the company “cannot afford to pick and choose” when it comes to the SE 2 deal, despite reportedly not showing interest in supplying Apple for the project....
