Fossil updates its Gen 5 smartwatch with sleep tracking and more Fossil has issued a big software update to its greatGen 5 WearOS smartwatchthat adds sleep tracking and VO2 max tracking that monitors cardio fitness. Fossil said the sleep tracking feature, which is not a standard WearOS feature, can track you 24/7 to ascertain how good your sleep is, monitor restfulness, and help you set sleep goals. There’s also a new wellness app that collates all your vital fitness stats into one place and, Fossil claims, further optimises battery life by taking power consumption away from the main processor....
