Samsung beats out Apple in brand loyalty survey
Samsung has beaten Apple to the top ofSodexo Engage’sannual Brand Loyalty Index that surveys people across the UK on their preferred and most used brands across five different sectors.
Sodexo Engage gathers a wealth of intelligence about consumer activities and trends which can be found on itsresources page.
While Apple is holding a firm second place it has yet to dominate the list as the brand remains much more popular in North America than in the UK and Europe. Netflix has failed the make the top 10 list altogether where it held a spot in previous years.

Some other interesting findings included Sky TV and Dyson both appearing in the top 5 and O2 showing up as the sole network provider in the list at 10th.
Brand loyalty is a key consideration for the health of any brand, and while attracting new customers with price cuts and shiny marketing is important, a focus on customer retention relies on quality products and good communication between the brand and consumer.
